The MVBS is presenting its third blues festival, sponsored by Northern Safety, on June 29, 2013 at the Herkimer County Fairgrounds. Featured artists are guitar great Jimmy Thackery (former Nighthawk), soul singer Tad Robinson, harmonica players Steve Guyger and Dennis Gruenling, the MVBS's own Tas Cru and Double Barrel Blues Band, plus Women in Blues Revue and Mohawk Valley Blues All-Stars. Tickets are $15 advance, $20 day of show, and are available at Big Apple Music, Bonamassa Guitars and from MVBS board members.
